I chose SmilePro Dental because of all the great reviews, even though it was a bit of a drive for me I’m so glad I did. As soon as I walked in I could immediately tell the office had a really good vibe. The place is super clean, organized, and welcoming, which is something I really value. I didn’t have to wait long, and everyone I interacted with was friendly, helpful, nonjudgmental and professional. What I really appreciated is how personal they get with you. They take the time to talk to you, explain things clearly, and make sure you feel comfortable. I especially loved the one-on-one chat at the end where they go over everything with you. It didn’t feel rushed or pushy at all. Overall, I had a great experience here. I even took a picture with one of the office staff because she was so sweet! Definitely worth the drive and I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a good dental office. 😊

At smilePro Dental when you first walk in you can sense a calm welcoming atmosphere, the staff are friendly. Their clinic is well-maintained and is working with the latest high technology to make your waiting time short. Thank you for having us!

I came here for a field trip. I was allowed to learn about the office and their instruments, as well as being able to step in and observe treatments. The office is up to standard and very sterile. It has a pleasant atmosphere for patients and staff. Staff is very friendly and welcoming and go into depth with their patients.

Had a great first time experience here. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and I appreciated that they asked about my past dental experiences. You can tell they work hard to make the visit as comfortable as possible. Jasmine, the dental assistant, was knowledgeable, attentive, and kind. Dr. Pandya explained everything clearly and was also very kind. Overall, I was very satisfied, and it feels nice to be around genuinely compassionate people. I’d definitely recommend this office, especially if you have dental anxiety.

Very friendly staff and lovely service, highly recommend! Really cool equipment and clean office. I also appreciate the flexible financing options they offer. One downside is that they can be booked weeks in advance, which may be frustrating for some people, but I guess it also shows that people like going here.

I highly recommend this place. I’ve been to at least 4 other places and this clinic is above the rest from staff to their dentists. Dr. Shah was very professional and educated me on what the problem is and what are my options.

First time here and was greeted by amazing office staff. Karla was my dentist assistant I want to say, sorry if I misspelled your name, but she was so kind and gentle, funny even. She had me laughing little did she know I was anxious of the visit. Dr. was also nice, took her time with explaining procedures needed done. She would also ask if I had any questions in between. To assure I understood what she was saying. Financial representative was kind and understanding of my financial situation and helped guide me to the right process. I can't wait to return to start the work needed to be done to have my smile as healthy as possible. 😁 Thank you staff for making my visit a memorable one. 💕

I have never been to a dentist who is so knowledgeable about everything that can affect a healthy/unhealthy mouth. Staff is very knowledgeable as well. Better yet, everyone in the office is outgoing and friendly. No matter the service my son was going for the entire staff from the front desk to the dental assistants to the doctors were very polite and professional. They made sure my son was doing okay during every procedure. Dr. Pandya takes a lot of time getting to know you and your lifestyle and is very, very thorough. The office is well-run and the care is excellent. I would highly recommend!!
